摘要
阅读推广是我国重要的文化发展战略,更是大学校园文化建设的重要推手。高校图书馆的阅读推广工作涉及多个主体,应以协同思想为指导,构建多主体参与的协同推进机制,并在目标选择、决策保障、信息共享、沟通交流、评价激励、分工协作等运行机制的协同推进下,达到全体师生受益的目标。
Reading promotion is not only an important cultural development strategy in China,but also an important driving force for the construction of campus culture.The reading promotion of university library involves multiple agent,so it is necessary to build a collaborative promotion model with multi-agent participation based on collaborative thinking,and in the target selection,decision-making security,information sharing,communication,evaluation and incentive,division and cooperation and other operating mechanisms,to achieve the goal of benefiting all teachers and students.
