首台国产化煤制油装置循环换热分离器研制

摘要 循环换热分离器是煤制油装置费托合成单元核心设备之一,上海蓝滨石化设备有限责任公司通过整合大型煤制油装置高效换热与分离技术,进行了循环换热分离器的国产化技术攻关,完成了首台国产化循环换热分离器的研制与开发,实现了在世界单套规模最大煤制油装置中的工业应用。基于设备功能需求,从整体结构、材料、换热芯体、压紧结构、管板法兰结构、应力计算等方面对研制过程进行了系统介绍和技术难点剖析。该设备目前运行平稳,应用结果表明,其工艺性能优良、经济效益显著且节能降耗效果明显。 Circulating heat-exchanging separator is one of the core equipment of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis unit in coal-to-oil unit.By integrating the high-efficiency heat exchange and separation technology of a large-scale coal-to-liquid plant,the domestic technology of circulating heat exchanging separator has been accomplished,the research and development of the first domestically-produced circulating heat exchanging separator has been completed and the industrial applications in coal-to-oil unit has been realized.Based on the functional requirements of the equipment,the development process was introduced systematically and technical difficulties were explained from the aspects of overall structure,materials,heat exchange core,compression structure,tube sheet flange structure,stress calculation and so on.The equipment is currently being operated smoothly and the application results show that the process performance is excellent,the economic benefits are significant,and the energy saving and consumption reduction effects are obvious.
