摘要
旋风分离器是一种重要的气体净化装置。根据已有研究成果,对旋风分离器结构进行了优化,分析了优化后结构对其性能的影响。用SOLIDWORKS对旋风分离器结构建立三维模型,运用ANSYS中的ICEM CFD和Fluent模块进行模型的模拟试验,分析不同入口气速条件下圆筒直径对分离效率的影响。研究结果表明,旋风分离器的部分性能受其直径尺寸影响,保持速度一定时,净化效率随着直径的增大有所提升,但直径超过35 mm时这一规律不再适用。直径35 mm是该模型中的一个近似临界值,超过此值会有部分微粒在分离器内部运动,但旋风分离器的分离效率并未因此降低。
The cyclone separator is an important gas purification equipment.According to the existing research results,the structure of the cyclone separator was optimized,and the influence of the optimized structure on its performance was analyzed.SOLIDWORKS was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the cyclone separator structure,and the ICEM CFD and Fluent modules in ANSYS were used to simulate the model to analyze the influence of the cylinder diameter on the separation efficiency under the conditions of different inlet gas velocities.The research results show that part of the performance of the cyclone separator is affected by its diameter.When the holding speed is constant,the purification efficiency increases with the increase of the diameter,but this rule is no longer applicable when the diameter exceeds 35 mm.The diameter of 35 mm is an approximate critical value in this model.When this value is exceeded,some particles will move inside the separator,but the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator will not decrease.
