摘要
以一艘深水超大型浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)为例,介绍了某石油公司企业标准对FPSO主船体抗坠物撞击结构分析的技术要求。案例设定了原油装卸快速连接器坠落撞击FPSO船尾主甲板事件,进行了事件的定量风险分析、风险概率和碰撞能量计算。设定了3种典型撞击工况,按DNV和BV船级社相关规范,应用非线性有限元分析方法和LS-DYNA 3D软件,对造成的撞击损伤和撞入深度进行了数值仿真。结果表明,在3种典型撞击工况下FPSO主甲板结构的损伤和坠物撞入深度均满足该石油公司企业标准对FPSO主船体抗坠物撞击的安全要求,FPSO船尾主甲板设计安全可靠。
Taking a deep water super large floating production storage offloading(FPSO)as an example,the technical requirements of oil company’s general specifications for the structural analysis of FPSO hull subjected to impact of a dropped object was introduced.In this case,the event of the crude oil loading and unloading quick connector falling and hitting on the FPSO stern main deck was set,and the quantitative risk analysis,risk probability and collision energy calculation of the event were carried out.According to DNV and BV Classification Society rules,three typical impact conditions were set and the impact damage and impact depth were simulated by nonlinear finite element analysis method and LS-DYNA 3D software.The results show that under three typical impact conditions,the damage of FPSO main deck structure and the impact depth of dropped object can meet the safety requirements of oil company’s general specifications for FPSO hull to resist dropped object impact,and the design of FPSO stern main deck is safe and reliable.
