摘要
目前我国尚没有碳粉盒固废属性鉴别相关方法,至使海关、环保和工商在回收碳粉盒的固废属性鉴别上存在一定困难。通过分析探讨国内外现有的碳粉盒相关标准、准则和环保要求,提出碳粉盒固废属性鉴别方法的制定需解决的主要问题。
At present,there is no relevant method for the solid waste identification of toner cartridge in China,which makes it difficult for the customs,the environmental protection departments and the industrial and commerce departments to identify the solid waste properties of toner cartridge recovery components.Based on domestics and foreign existing standards and guidelines of toner cartridges,the main problems that need to be solved in the process of establishing the identification method of solid waste properties of toner cartridges are proposed in this paper.
