改性沥青直投颗粒的研究与应用进展

改性沥青直投颗粒是由改性沥青预先制备固体颗粒,直接投放到拌和装置中完成熔融、分散和拌和,制备改性沥青混合料。该颗粒的使用可避免沥青反复加热、改变沥青传统物流方式、简化沥青混合料生产工艺并适用于更多应用场合。研究从改性沥青颗粒的历史、组成、制备、使用方法、混合料性能和应用等角度综述了改性沥青颗粒的国内外研究应用概况,并展望了其发展方向。

Modified asphalt particles are premade from modified asphalt in dry method,then direct input into mix unit to melt,disperse during blending with aggregate for preparing hot mix asphalt.Using this kind of particles reduce asphalt repeated heating,change logistic mode,simplify asphalt mixture prepared process and is suitable for more applications.Base on home and abroad researches,modified asphalt particles are reviewed in terms of history,composition,preparation,usage,mixture performance and application.The development direction of modified asphalt particles is also recommended.
