对比不同种类的橡胶沥青性能和生产工艺差距,引出了橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青的产生、优势及应用,对比了橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青两种生产工艺的特点,重点对影响工业生产的温度、时间、安全等方面因素进行讨论分析。介绍了工业生产的橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青应用情况,结果表明橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青是一种性能优良的道路材料,兼具节能环保的作用,具有非常广阔的应用前景。

This paper introduces the origin and development status of rubber asphalt,compares the per-formance and prepared technology of different kinds of rubber asphalt,introduces the generation,advantages and application of rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt,compares the characteristics of two prepared tech-nologies of rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt,and emphatically discusses and analyzes the factors such as temperature,time,safety and other aspects that effecting industrial production.The application of rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt which is prepared in industry is introduced.The results show that rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt is a kind of road material with excellent performance,suitable for heavy-duty.highway,bridge,airport runway and other projects,it has the functions of energy conservation and environ-mental protection,and has a very broad application prospect.
