基于中西医临床病证特点的偏头痛动物模型分析

Analysis of migraine animal model based on clinical syndrome characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine

通过梳理分析中西医对偏头痛的诊断标准及临床表现,总结偏头痛动物模型的复制方法及特点,根据临床诊断标准及症状特点,对现有动物模型与临床症状的吻合程度进行关联度研究,明确其优缺点及应用前景。偏头痛动物模型造模方法较多,在一定程度反映了偏头痛临床病症特点,但无法充分体现偏头痛中西医病因。偏头疼动物模型后续研究可探索既能反应偏头痛临床病症特点并可体现偏头痛中西医病因的造模方式,以期复制出更加吻合临床病症特点的动物模型。

By combing and analyzing the diagnostic criteria and clinical manifestations of migraine in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the replication methods and characteristics of migraine animal models were summarized.According to the clinical diagnostic criteria and symptom characteristics,the correlation degree between the existing animal models and clinical symptoms was studied,and its advantages,disadvantages and application prospects were clarified.There are many modeling methods of migraine animal model,which reflect the clinical symptoms of migraine to a certain extent,but can not fully reflect the etiology of migraine in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Follow-up studies on animal models of migraines can explore the modeling methods that can reflect the clinical features of migraine and reflect the etiology of migraine in Chinese and Western medicine,in order to replicate animal models that are more consistent with the characteristics of clinical symptoms.
