摘要
目的:为了解决推拿动物实验研究的手法标准化及实验结果的准确性、可重复性等问题,特制作一种能够实现多种推拿手法模拟、任意空间定位、推拿按压力能够调整的实验动物推拿模拟设备,并进行实验验证。方法:将16只SD大鼠随机分为完全弗氏佐剂组(CFA组)和完全弗氏佐剂+推拿组(CFA+Tuina组)。应用实验动物推拿模拟仪对推拿手法刺激量进行量化,并对CFA致大鼠腰痛模型进行干预,观察推拿手法对大鼠腰痛模型的镇痛效应。结果:与CFA组比较,CFA+Tuina组注射侧足底机械足反射阈值、热缩足反射潜伏期及Catwalk步态参数最大接触面积造模后第10、14天显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:多次推拿手法对CFA致大鼠腰痛模型痛阈及Catwalk步态参数具有改善作用。
Objective:In order to solve the problems of the standardization of manipulation and the accuracy and repeatability of experimental results in the experimental study of massage animals,a kind of experimental animal massage simulation equipment which can realize a variety of manipulation simulation,arbitrary spatial positioning,and the manipulation can be adjusted according to the pressure is specially made and verified by experiments.Methods:Sixteen SD rats were randomly divided into complete Freund’s adjuvant group(CFA group)and complete Freund’s adjuvant+massage group(CFA+Tuina group).The stimulation amount of manipulation was quantified by the experimental animal massage simulation equipment,and the model of low back pain induced by CFA was intervened to observe the analgesic effect of manipulation on the model of low back pain.Results:Compared with CFA group,PWT,PWL,and the max contact area(cm2)on the injection side in CFA+Tuina group increased significantly on the 10 th and 14 th day after modeling(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Multiple manipulation can improve the pain threshold and catwalk gait parameters of CFA induced low back pain model in rats.
