地黄品名与炮制方法考 被引量:6

Textual research on processing methods and nomenclature of Dihuang(Radix Rehmannia)

摘要 从地黄炮制史可知,地黄经不同炮制方法可命名为干地黄、生地黄、熟地黄、生干地黄、熟干地黄、鲜地黄等。2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》仅收录鲜地黄、生地黄和熟地黄。但纵观地黄品名演化史,地黄名称本义与其炮制方法常存在混淆错乱。文章从东汉张仲景时期的地黄、生地黄、干地黄、熟地黄4个方面出发,结合古代文献和现代学者的观点,尝试厘清地黄之名在发展演变过程中易被混淆的几个观点。 From the processing history of Radix Rehmanniae,it can be named as dry Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae,prepared Radix Rehmanniae,fresh dry Radix Rehmanniae,prepared dry Radix Rehmanniae and fresh Radix Rehmanniae after different processing methods.Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2015 edition)records only three kinds of Rehmanniae:fresh Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae and prepared Radix Rehmanniae.According to evolution history of the nomenclature of Rehmanniae,there’s still some confusion between the meaning of nomenclature and the processing method.From the points of Rehmanniae in period of ZHANG Zhong-jing,Radix Rehmanniae,dry Radix Rehmanniae and prepared Radix Rehmanniae,combining the views of antient literatures,contemporary scholars and individual or general understanding,this paper will try to clarify the confusion appeared during development history of nomenclature.
