摘要
巨刺是古代针灸提出的一种特殊刺法,主要方法是左病取右、右病取左,以刺经为主。文章从传统中医对巨刺的认识入手,深入分析巨刺的理论基础,从现代医学的神经解剖学、细胞分子学、运动康复学3个角度探讨了巨刺的效应机制,进一步整理明确了巨刺的临床适应证,并结合实际,提出了3条巨刺的应用标准,以期为临床判断是否运用巨刺提供思路。
Contralateral channel needling is a special method proposed by ancient acupuncture.The main method is to take the right side for the left disease and the left side for the right disease,and to stab the meridian.This article obtains from the understanding of contralateral channel needling in traditional Chinese medicine,and analyzed the theoretical basis of contralateral channel needling deeply,and discussed the effect mechanism of it based on neuroanatomy of modern medicine,molecular cell and sports rehabilitation,and categorized the clinical application,connecting with the actual phenomenon,and put forward 3 standards of contralateral channel needling,so as to provide ideas for clinical judgment.
