国医大师韦贵康运用韦氏奇穴手法治疗脊柱相关疾病的经验

Experience of TCM master WEI Gui-kang in treaing spine-related diseases with WEIs’ extra-ordinary points

文章主要介绍国医大师韦贵康对脊柱相关疾病的认识,并着重介绍韦贵康教授手法治疗脊柱相关疾病运用奇穴的经验。韦贵康教授把脊柱中椎体错位引发的一类疾病称为脊柱相关疾病。在临证时韦贵康教授从整体观念出发,提出脊督一体论,抓住督脉不通的病机基础,倡导"以通为用"的治法,根据不同病证选取体表反应点——奇穴,并进行手法治疗,令其经筋疏通、血行恢复。文章就韦贵康教授运用韦氏奇穴治疗颈椎相关疾病、胸椎相关疾病、腰椎相关疾病临床经验和学术特点作以下阐述,与同道共勉。

This article mainly introduces the understanding of spine-related diseases of the TCM master WEI Gui-kang,and focuses on the experience of professor WEI Gui-kang in using extra-ordinary points to treat spine-related diseases.Professor WEI treat a class of diseases caused by the dislocation of the vertebral body in the spine as spine-related diseases.In the clinical practice,professor WEI put forward the theory of ridge and meridian integration from the perspective of the whole concept,grasped the pathogenesis basis of dysphagia,advocated the treatment method of‘taking the whole vein as the use’,selected the body surface response point:extraordinary points according to different disease syndromes,and carried out manipulation treatment,so as to make it clear through the tendons and restore blood circulation.In this paper,professor WEI Gui-kang’s clinical experience and academic characteristics in the treatment of cervical spine related diseases,thoracic spine related diseases and lumbar spine related diseases by using WEIs’extraordinary points theory are described as follows,and we will encourage them together.
