文章主要介绍了赵进喜教授从"调肝通络"论治糖尿病视网膜病变的临床经验。赵进喜教授在参考糖尿病自身发病的基础上,结合视网膜病变的病理特点,认为目为肝窍,糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展与肝郁内伤、络脉瘀结密切相关,通过四诊合参,以"调肝通络"之法,将疏肝解郁、清肝泻火、柔养肝阴及凉血通络贯穿视网膜病变治疗的始终,为糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗提供了新思路。

This article mainly introduces professor ZHAO Jin-xi’s clinical experience in treating diabetic retinopathy from the perspective of‘regulating liver and dredging collateral’.Professor ZHAO combines with the pathological characteristics of retinopathy and diabetic development,thinks the eye as the external manifestation of the liver and the occurrence of diabetic retinopathy and liver depression is closely related to the internal injuries and collaterals blood stasis.Through four diagnostic parameter,coping with‘regulating liver and dredging collateral’method,resolving the liver depression,purging the liver heat,nourishing the liver yin and cooling blood to dredge collateral throughout the course of the retinopathy treatment.It provides a new approach for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
