基于少阳学说、阳常有余及稚阴稚阳理论的小儿临床用药经验探讨

Discussion on the experience of pediatric clinical medication based on Shaoyang theory, yang often surplus and childish yin and childish yang theory

因小儿自身有着不同于成人的生理特点,历代医家对此论述理论颇多,文章所探讨的是在儿科临床中应用较为广泛、占据重要地位的三大较为成熟的理论:少阳学说、阳常有余学说、稚阴稚阳学说,且后两者建立在对立统一的"少阳学说"之中。在临床经验中强调小儿应达阴阳平衡之体,突显阴平阳秘之重要,疾病方更易愈。笔者通过阐述三者之理论内涵、联系,结合小儿独特的生理病理特点,融合贯通于临床,探讨其在儿科的临床用药经验,进一步指导临床用药。

Children have their own physiological characteristics which are different from adults,doctors of all ages have many theories on it.This paper discusses three mature theories which are widely used and occupied an important position in pediatrics:‘Shaoyang theory’,‘yang often has surplus theory’and‘childish yin and childish yang theory’,and the latter two are based on the unity of opposites‘Shaoyang theory’.In clinical experience,it is emphasized that children should achieve a balance between yin and yang,highlighting the importance of yin and yang secrets,therefore the disease is more easily cured.By elaborating the theoretical connotation and connection of the three,combining the unique physiological and pathological characteristics of children,and integrating the clinical practice,the authors discuss the clinical medication experience in pediatrics and further guides the clinical medication.
