文章紧扣乳腺癌的临床表现特点和厥阴的生理病理特性,结合古代文献研究与现代医学对乳腺癌的认识,分别从经络、脏腑、六经的角度探讨厥阴与乳腺癌的关系,阐述乳腺癌发病机理与证治要点,并结合临床病例,分析从厥阴论治乳腺癌的有效性和可实施性,认为乳腺癌的病机常与肝郁气滞、寒热错杂、本虚标实等有关,治疗上应以疏肝理气为要,同时要注重寒热、标本、虚实的平衡,为乳腺癌从厥阴论治提供新的理法思路。

This article focuses on the clinical manifestations of breast cancer and the physiological pathological characteristics of Jueyin,combined with ancient literature research and modern medical knowledge of breast cancer,discusses the relationship between Jueyin and breast cancer from the perspective of meridians,viscera,and six meridians,elaborates the pathogenesis and treatment of breast cancer,combined with clinical cases,analyzes the effectiveness and feasibility of treatment of breast cancer from Jueyin.The pathogenesis of breast cancer is often related to liver depression and qi stagnation,mixed cold and heat,deficiency and excess,etc.The treatment should focus on soothing the liver and regulating qi,and at the same time pay attention to the balance of cold and heat,the root cause and symptoms of a disease,deficiency and excess,so as to provide a new theoretical thinking for the treatment of breast cancer from Jueyin.
