摘要
艾滋病(AIDS)作为危害人类健康的公共卫生问题,目前发病和死亡形势依然严峻,肠道作为人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染的主要靶器官和病毒复制的场所,在AIDS的发病和疾病进程中起到了一定的作用。肠道菌群失衡、菌群易位、肠道黏膜屏障损伤、肠道免疫功能受损等一系列肠道变化跟HIV的感染关系密切,研究表明可以通过调节肠道菌群治疗HIV感染。为了更好的认识肠道与AIDS的关系,文章从肠道菌群紊乱、菌群易位、肠道黏膜屏障和肠道免疫等方面论述,以便对AIDS与肠道的关系进行深入了解;同时对前期通过肠道菌群治疗HIV感染情况进行论述,为HIV感染防治提供依据和思路。
As a public health problem that endangers human health,the situation of morbidity and mortality is still severe.The intestinal tract,as the main target organ of AIDS infection and the site of virus replication,plays a certain role in the pathogenesis and course of AIDS.A series of intestinal changes such as intestinal flora imbalance,micrbiota translocation,intestinal mucosal barrier damage and intestinal immune function impairment are closely related to HIV infection.Studies have shown that HIV infection can be treated by regulating intestinal flora.In order to better understand the relationship between the intestinal tract and AIDS,this paper discussed from the aspects of intestinal flora disorders,micrbiota translocation,intestinal mucosal barrier and intestinal immunity,so as to have an in-depth understanding of the relationship between AIDS and the intestinal tract.At the same time,the treatment of HIV infection by intestinal flora in the early stage was discussed to provide a basis and ideas for the prevention and treatment of HIV infection.
