脐灸疗法治疗泌尿生殖系统疾病研究进展

Research progress of umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of genitourinary diseases

文章对近几年发表的关于脐灸治疗泌尿生殖系统疾病的期刊文献进行了综合论述。笔者发现,脐灸对女性多种原因引起的不孕症、痛经、盆腔炎、阴痒、多囊卵巢综合征等疾病疗效显著,能促进女性人流术后及产后恢复;能改善男性慢性前列腺炎、良性前列腺增生的症状,提高男性精子质量;也对尿失禁、尿频、尿急、泌尿系感染等泌尿系统疾病有良性调节作用。然而,目前对脐灸治疗泌尿生殖系统疾病的机制研究略显不足,需要进一步探究。

This paper comprehensively discusses the recently published periodical literature on navel moxibustion in the treatment of genitourinary system diseases.We found that umbilical moxibustion had a significant effect on female infertility,dysmenorrhea,pelvic inflammation,vulva itching,polycystic ovary syndrome and other diseases caused by many causes,promoted the recovery of female artificial abortion after operation and postpartum,could improve the symptoms of male chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia,increased male sperm quality,and played a positive role in regulating urinary system diseases such as urinary incontinence,frequent urination,urination urgency,urinary tract infection and so on.However,at present,the research on the mechanism of umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of genitourinary diseases was slightly insufficient and needed to be further explored.
