民族医药肿瘤特色外治疗法概述

Summary on special external treatment of tumor in ethic medicine

肿瘤发病率持续增高,严重威胁人类健康。少数民族特色外治法在肿瘤治疗上具有独到之处,能够有效减少因口服药物带来的胃肠道反应,且能减少放化疗带来的不良反应。笔者翻阅近30年以来民族医药关于肿瘤外治法的文献,整合梳理壮、藏、蒙、苗、土家、侗等民族关于肿瘤的外治疗法,并挑选各民族针灸、放血、刮痧、药浴等特色疗法,加以详细论述,以期与中医外治法相呼应,取长补短,为肿瘤治疗提供新的思路,并以期促进民族医药发展整体迈上更高台阶。

The incidence rate of cancer continues to increase,which is a serious threat to human health.Special external treatment of tumor in ethic medicine can effectively reduce the gastrointestinal reactions caused by oral drugs and reduce adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The author reviews the materials about external treatment of tumor in ethnic medicine in recent 30 years,integrates and sorts out the external treatment of tumor of Zhuang,Tibetan,Mongolian,Miao,Tujia,Dong and other ethnic groups,and selects acupuncture,bloodletting,scraping,medicinal bath and other characteristic therapies of various nationalities,and discusses them in detail,so as to echo the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,learn from each other’s strengths and weaknesses,provide new ideas for tumor treatment,and promote the development of Chinese medicine The development of national medicine has stepped to a higher level.
