Famous doctor in Jiangnan YE Xi-chun’s characteristics of diagnosis and treatment

叶熙春临证重视中医辨证论治和整体观思想,善用经典、活用方药,诊病治病不忘调畅胃气、顾护胃阴、扶助正气,对《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》《金匮要略》等中医经典有较深的研究。文章从叶熙春诊治特色、遣方用药特点等方面,将叶熙春治疗内科杂病的临床医案及经验心得进行整理、归纳、分析,以传承经验,启迪后学,更好地发挥中医药的优势。

YE Xi-chun attaches great importance to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and holistic view,makes good use of classic and active prescriptions,and never forget to tune the stomach qi,protect the stomach yin,and help zhengqi in diagnosing and treating diseases.He also has thorough research of Huangdi Neijing,Shanghan Zabing Lun and Jingui Yaolue.In this paper,from the characteristics of his diagnosis and treatment in treating internal medicine miscellaneous disease,the way of using Chinese medicine prescription and medicine,his clinical case and experience were summarized and analyzed,in order to pass on the experience,inspire the later study,and better play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
