摘要
《金匮要略》中多处有以浆水煎服药物的记载。酸粥是一种晋陕蒙交界地区民间传统主食,其主要制作原材料小米及中间产物酸米汤的外观及口感、制法均与中医古籍中浆水记载高度契合。文章试从以上角度出发,对传统浆水制法正统性及"酸米汤即浆水"可能性作出简要探讨阐述。
Abstarct:In Jingui Yaolue,there are many records of decocting and taking medicine in seriflux.Sour porridge is a traditional folk staple food in the border area of Shanxi,Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia,which main raw material is millet and the intermediate product-millet soup,both are highly consistent with the appearance,taste,manufacturing method of the record of seriflux in ancient traditional Chinese medical books.From the above point of view,this article tries to make a brief discussion on the legitimacy of the traditional manufacturing method of seriflux and the possibility of‘sour millet soup is seriflux’.
