Principle of Yi-ology and the optimum thought of the corresponding acupoint selection method of the same name meridian

同名经相应取穴法在目前临床应用中治疗四肢局限性疾病立竿见影,但其理论阐释并不完善,治疗疾病较为局限,方式方法单一。医易同源,文章从《周易》角度较为系统地揭示其易学原理,并根据推理过程提出几点关于同名经取穴法的取穴方法及适应证的优化思路,冀为临床及未来研究提供参考。

The corresponding acupoint selection method of the same name meridian has achieved immediate results in the treatment of limb limitation diseases in clinical application at present,but its theoretical explanation is not perfect,the treatment of diseases is relatively limited,and the method is single.From the perspective of Zhouyi,this paper systematically reveals the principle of Yi-ology,and puts forward several optimization ideas about the method of selecting acupoints by the same name meridian and its indications according to the reasoning process,hoping to provide reference for clinic and future research.
