《魏氏验案类编初集》暑温重症治法探析

通过研读《魏氏验案类编初集》,总结近代医家魏长春治疗暑温重症临证经验。暑温以湿热伤人,轻则病及肌表,重则侵及内脏,耗气伤津动血,遂致血证、昏厥、霍乱、痢疾等危急重症。魏氏临重症而辨证不乱,精准分析病机,遣方用药有其独特见地,治法精妙,运用凉血通腑、温脾摄血治暑温血证;清热开闭、补养气血、涌吐逐痰治暑温昏厥;凉血解毒、健脾利水治霍乱;下血调气、补气和血治暑温痢疾,审病势定治法,法证相依,知常达变,转危为机。

This paper summarizes the experience of WEI Chang-chun,a modern physician,in treating severe case of summer fever by reading Preliminary Collection of WEIs’Experience Cases.Summer fever can hurt people with dampness and heat,while mild heat can injure the skin and muscle surface,while severe heat can invade the internal organs,and consume air to injure the body and blood,resulting in blood syndrome,fainting,cholera,dysentery and other critical and severe diseases.In the face of severe cases,WEI calmly differentiated symptoms and accurately analyzed the pathogenesis.He sent prescriptions and drugs with unique insight and exquisite treatment methods.He used methods to cool blood and dredging fu organs,warming spleen and consolidating blood to treat blood syndrome;refrigeration and resuscitation,nourishing qi and blood,and emetic therapy expelling phlegm to treat fainting;cooling blood and removing toxic material,strengthening spleen and diuresis to treat cholera;promoting blood circulation and regulating qi-flowing,tonifying qi and harmonizing blood to treat dysentery.WEI examine the disease situation and determine the treatment method.The method and syndrome are dependent on each other,based on basic regularity combined with flexible syndrome differentiation,and the danger is turned into the opportunity.
