左归丸联合碳酸钙D_(3)片治疗肾阴虚型老年性骨质疏松的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of the treatment of senile osteoporosis with kidney yin deficiency in the combination of Caltrate D_(3) and Zuogui Pills

目的:观察左归丸联合碳酸钙D_(3)片治疗肾阴虚型老年性骨质疏松的疗效。方法:筛选180例肾阴虚型老年性骨质疏松患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和左归丸组。对照组采用碳酸钙D_(3)片治疗,左归丸组在对照组同等治疗基础上加用左归丸,治疗周期为6个月。观察疼痛积分(VAS)、骨密度(BMD)、25羟维生素D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)]、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)变化、中医证候积分和治疗有效率变化。结果:治疗后左归丸组较对照组能显著改善患者BMD,减轻患者疼痛VAS积分及中医证候积分,提高25(OH)D_(3)含量及治疗总有效率,降低PTH含量(P<0.01),而β-CTX无明显变化。结论:左归丸联合碳酸钙D_(3)片治疗肾阴虚型老年性骨质疏松临床疗效好,安全性高,值得推荐。

Objective:To observe the effects of Zuogui Pills combined with Caltrate D in the treatment of senile osteoporosis(SOP)of kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:A total of 180 SOP with kidney yin deficiency type patients were randomly divided into 2 equal groups(control group:90 patients treated by Caltrate D;Zuogui Pills group:90 patients treated by the same amount of Caltrate D plus Zuogui Pills)which accepted 6 months’therapy and observation.Pain score(VAS),bone mineral density(BMD)imaging,25 hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)],parathyroid hormone(PTH),β-CTX of typeⅠcollagen carboxy-terminal peptide,TCM syndrome score and treatment efficiency were used to evaluate the efficacy of the experiment.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,Zuogui Pills group could effectively improve the bone mineral density of patients,significantly reduce the pain VAS score and TCM syndrome score,increase the content of 25(OH)D_(3) and the treatment efficiency,and reduce the content of PTH,with statistical significance(P<0.01),whileβ-CTX had no significant change.Conclusion:Zuogui Pills combined with Caltrate D shows a good clinical effect and higher safety in the treatment of senile osteoporosis of kidney yin deficiency,which is worth recommending.
