益智解郁汤联合草酸艾司西酞普兰对脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of Yizhi Jieyu Decoction combined with escitalopram oxalate on the treatment of post-stroke depression

目的:观察益智解郁汤联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将80例PSD患者随机分为两组,对照组口服草酸艾司西酞普兰,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上给予中药汤剂益智解郁汤,治疗8周后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分,并观察两组不良反应。结果:与本组治疗前比较,治疗后两组HAMD评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);ADL评分显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组HAMD评分的总有效率为97.5%(39/40),对照组总有效率为90.0%(36/40),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应相对较少。结论:益智解郁汤不仅可以改善脑卒中后抑郁症状,而且可以提高患者日常生活活动能力,且不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Yizhi Jieyu Decoction on the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods:A total of 80 patients with PSD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the controlled group.All patients were treated with oral administration of escitalopram oxalate,and the treatment group was added with Yizhi Jieyu Decoction.After 8 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and the ADL score of activities of daily living were evaluated,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with before treatment,HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);ADL scores were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The HAMD total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%(39/40),and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.0%(36/40),and the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were relatively few.Conclusion:Yizhi Jieyu Decoction not only has the effect in improving symptoms of PSD,but also has promoted the recovery in nerve function,and has less side effects.
