桂枝汤加味联合火针治疗寒冷性荨麻疹60例疗效观察

Clinical observation on sixty cases of cold urticaria treated by modified Guizhi Decoction combined with fire acupuncture

目的:探讨桂枝汤加味联合火针治疗寒冷性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年5月本院中医科门诊120例寒冷性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,按纳入日期单双数分成两组,对照组60例给予咪唑斯汀治疗,观察组60例桂枝汤加味联合火针治疗,以临床症状积分、有效率和复发率为观察指标。结果:治疗后对照组和观察组症状积分分别为(12.47±1.58)分、(10.85±1.50)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义;观察组总有效率为96.67%(58/60),显著高于对照组的73.33%(44/60)(P<0.05);治疗后3、6个月,观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:桂枝汤加味联合火针可有效缓解寒冷性荨麻疹患者的临床症状,疗效好,复发率低。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Guizhi Decoction Combined with fire needle on cold type urticaria.Methods:A total of 120 cases of chronic cold urticaria patients in TCM outpatient department of Heibei Petrochina Central Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the inclusion date.The control group(60 cases)was treated with mizolastine,and the observation group(60 cases)was treated with Guizhi Decoction plus fire needle.The clinical symptom score,effective rate and recurrence rate were taken as the observation indexes.Results:After treatment,the symptom score of the control group and observation group was 12.47±1.58 and 10.85±1.50,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was significantly higher than 73.33%(44/60)of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment 3 and 6 months(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Guizhi Decoction Combined with fire needle can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of cold type urticaria patients,with good curative effect and low recurrence rate.
