纳米铁酸铜催化α-氨基硼酸酯的合成

摘要 空气条件下、乙醇为溶剂、叔丁醇钾为碱,在60℃下纳米铁酸铜可高效催化叔丁基亚磺酰胺亚胺与频哪醇硼酸酯发生硼氢化加成制备α-氨基硼酸酯。产物产率大于90%,且产物用核磁进行了表征,包括氢谱和碳谱。该体系适应于脂肪基的磺酰胺亚胺底物、可放大至克级规模反应、并且催化剂可以回收利用。因此,与传统的方法相比有较大的优势。 A high efficient method for the synthesis ofα-amino boronate esters which employed N-tert-butanesulfinyl aldimines and bis(pinacolato)diboron as the substrates and nano copper ferrite as the catalyst was developed.The yield of the product was above 90%and it was characterized by 1H NMR and 13 C NMR spectrums.This method possessed the character of air atmosphere and mild reaction conditions.This reaction could be magnified to gram scale and the catalyst of copper ferrite could be recycled.This protocol had greater advantage over conventional chemical method.
