摘要
高效散热性能材料的快速发展对于集成电路及便携式设备至关重要。本文采用喷涂方法制备石墨烯/聚醚胺(g-CGO/PEA)膜。PEA作为修补GO片层间隙的有效焊料,通过氨基化改性使得g-GO/PEA复合薄膜的面内热导率(κ)达到1208.37±11.78 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)。同时,复合膜表现出优异的柔韧性,可以经受耐弯折实验11400次。实验表明,利用喷涂和“分子焊接”的协同作用所制备的g-CGO/PEA在热管理领域显示了巨大潜力。
The rapid development in materials with efficient heat removal performance is critical to the integrated circuits or portable devices.Herein,a spraying method was approached to prepare graphene/polyetheramine(g-CGO/PEA)film with improvedheat dissipation performance.PEA was applied as effective solderfor patching the gaps betweenGO sheets.The in-plane thermal conductivity(κ)ofg-GO/PEA hybrid film was achieved to(1208.37±11.78)W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) due to the covalent connection of GO between the amino and epoxy groups.Simultaneously,the composite film exhibited an excellent flexibility with surviving from 11400 cycles of ultimate folding.Experimentsshowed that g-CGO/PEA prepared by spraying and“molecular welding”showed great potential in the field of thermal management.
