3组美容多肽复配中各单肽间功效的相互影响

Interaction on Efficacy of Each Single Peptide in Mixtures of Three Groups of Cosmeceutical Peptides

为研究常用美容多肽在复配过程中各单肽间功效的相互影响,筛选出3组美容多肽分别进行复配,分别检测各实验组SOD、羟脯氨酸和ACE-1的含量,对复配多肽的功效进行评价。肌肽和三肽-1的复配组的功效与单肽的使用比例相关;棕榈酰四肽-7和乙酰基四肽-5的复配表现出拮抗作用;棕榈酰三肽-5与棕榈酰三肽-1的复配具有协同作用。不同多肽之间进行复配后,各单肽间的功效表现出了不同的影响。

The interaction between single cosmeceutical peptides in the peptide mixturewas studied,three groups of cosmeceutical peptides were selected and mixed.The efficacies of the peptide mixtures were evaluated by detecting the activity of SOD and the contents ofhydroxyproline and ACE-1.The efficacy of the mixture of carnosine and tripeptide-1 was related to the proportion of single peptide used,the mixture of palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 and acetyl tetrapeptide-5 showed an antagonistic effect,the mixture of palmitoyl tripeptide-5 and palmitoyltripeptide-1 had a synergistic effect.The efficacy of each single cosmeceutical peptide showed different effects after mixing.
