摘要
介绍了一种热轧板表面清洗废酸液的资源化处理方法,利用轧钢过程中产生的余热,对废酸液进行减压蒸馏,并向经蒸发浓缩后的废酸液中通入压缩空气或滴加双氧水,使废酸液中的FeCl 2转化FeCl_(3)后得到富含FeCl_(3)的废酸液,然后将富含FeCl_(3)的废酸液加入到结晶罐中,通过结晶罐的外装夹套通入冷却水,在此条件下析出FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O晶体,经离心分离操作后得到高纯度的FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O产品,可以回收废液中的铁以及盐酸,使得资源得以循环利用。
A resource treatment method for cleaning waste acid liquid on surface of hot-rolled plate were introduced,which can recover iron and hydrochloric acid in waste liquid and recycle resources.The waste acid was distilled by vacuum distillation with the waste heat generated in the rolling process.Compressed air or hydrogen peroxide was added into the waste acid after evaporation and concentration.FeCl 2 in the waste acid liquid was converted into FeCl_(3),and then the waste acid liquid rich in FeCl_(3)was added into the crystallizer.FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O crystal was precipitated under this condition.After centrifugation,the FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O product with high purity can be obtained.
