摘要
目的观察问题为导向(Problem based learning,PBL)教学法结合情景模拟教学法在急诊科护理教学中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院急诊科实习的60名护生作为本次调研对象,将2018年1月—2018年12月的实习护生作为常规组(30名),将2019年1月—2019年12月的实习护生作为观察组(30名),每组30名,对比2组护生理论成绩、操作成绩、总成绩以及对护理带教满意程度。结果2组护生考核成绩有明显差异,且观察组护生理论成绩、操作成绩以及总成绩均高于常规组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组护生对带教满意度有明显差异,观察组护生对带教满意度评分高于常规组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理教学中应用PBL教学法结合情景模拟教学法,能够提高实习护生的理论知识水平与实际操作能力。
Objective To observe the application value of PBL(problem-based learning)teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching method in nursing teaching of emergency department.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,60 nursing students who practiced in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the objects of this study.Intern nursing students from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the routine group(30 students).Internship nursing students from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group(30 students).The theoretical results,operation results and the satisfaction degree of nursing teaching were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences between the two groups,and the theoretical test scores,operation test scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The satisfaction of the two groups to the teaching was significantly different,the satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the conventional group(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching method can improve the theoretical knowledge level and practical operation ability of nursing students.
