葛根芩连汤对肠道微生态的影响

The Influence of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on Intestinal Microecology

葛根芩连汤源于张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,现临床上多用于治疗急性肠炎、细菌性痢疾、抗生素相关性腹泻与糖尿病等多种代谢消化性疾病。现代研究证实葛根芩连汤对于调节肠道微生态具有一定的作用,这可能与其具有降糖、抗炎、调节免疫等机制有关。本文从肠道菌群、肠道结构、肠道免疫系统以及三者组成的肠道微生态等方面出发,探讨葛根芩连汤对于肠道微生态以及机体免疫功能的影响,以冀葛根芩连汤的功效在临床上能够得到充分运用。

Gegen Qinlian decoction is derived from Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and now it is used clinically to treat a variety of metabolic and digestive diseases such as acute enteritis,bacterial dysentery,antibiotic-associated diarrhea and diabetes.Modern research has confirmed that Gegen Qinlian decoction has a certain effect on regulating intestinal micro-ecology,which may be related to its mechanisms of hypoglycemic,anti-inflammatory and immune regulation.In this paper,we explore the effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction on intestinal micro-ecology and immune function,from the aspects of intestinal flora,intestinal structure,intestinal immune system and intestinal micro-ecology.We hope that the efficacy of Gegen Qilian decoction can be fully utilized clinically.
