苦参黄柏汤联合外洗方治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Kushen Huangbai Decoction Combined with External Washing Recipe in the Treatment of Recurrent Mycotic Vaginitis

目的探析苦参黄柏汤与外洗方联合应用于复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月到九江市第一人民医院门诊治疗的复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者80例作为观察对象,按随机数字表被分成观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用西药与外洗治疗,观察组则给予苦参黄柏汤与外洗方联合治疗。对比各组临床效果和霉菌性阴道炎临床症状消失时间。结果观察组患者临床总有效率97.50%(39/40),对照组总有效率82.50%(33/40)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状(黏膜充血、白带改善、阴道疼痛、阴道瘙痒)消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦参黄柏汤与外洗方联合治疗复发霉菌性阴道炎患者在改善临床症状方面效率较高,疗效明确。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kushen Huangbai decoction combined with external washing recipe on recurrent mycotic vaginitis.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,80 patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis were selected as the observation objects.All the subjects were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and external washing,while the observation group was treated with Kushen Huangbai decoction and external washing recipe.The clinical effects and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of mycotic vaginitis were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40)which was higher than that of the control group(82.50%,33/40)(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms(mucosal congestion,leucorrhea improvement,vaginal pain,vaginal itching)in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined Kushen Huangbai decoction and external washing recipe in patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis can improve clinical symptoms as soon as possible,and has definitely curative effect.
