艾灸疗法联合中药熏蒸仪对产后康复的影响

The Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Instrument on Postpartum Rehabilitation

目的探讨艾灸联合中药熏蒸仪对产后康复的的临床价值。方法选取2019年8月—2020年1月江西省泰和县中医院110例自然分娩产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组运用艾灸联合中药熏蒸仪配合护理。对比2组产妇子宫复旧、泌乳、睡眠质量情况。结果观察组产后24、48 h的恶露量均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的奶量分泌优良度为91.07%(51/56),高于对照组产妇的67.86%(38/56)(P<0.05);观察组的乳汁初次分泌时间早于对照组,乳房充盈评分和泌乳量高于对照组,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);产妇实施护理后,入睡时间、睡眠质量以及睡眠效率均有改善,且观察组优于对照组,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合中药熏蒸仪能促进产后子宫复旧、提升乳汁分泌、改善产后睡眠差问题,临床推广价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical value of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigant in postpartum rehabilitation.Methods From August 2019 to January 2020,110 natural delivery mothers were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group,Among them,the control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group used moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigant to cooperate with nursing.The quality of uterus involution,lactation and sleep between the two groups was compared.Results The amount of lochia in observation group at 24 and 48 h postpartum was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The superior degree of milk volume secretion in observation group was 91.07%(51/56),which was higher than that in control group(67.86%)(38/56)(P<0.05).The first milk secretion time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the breast filling score and milk yield in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the implementation of nursing,sleeping time,sleep quality and sleep efficiency were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with fumigant of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of uterus,increase milk secretion and improve the problem of poor sleep.The value of clinical promotion is high.
