针刺配合西药治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患儿多动冲动症状临床观察

Clinical observation on Acupuncture Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Children

目的探讨针刺配合西药在儿童注意缺陷多动障碍多动冲动症状治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月—2019年3月收治的103例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿作为研究对象,采用随机综合平衡法,将研究对象划分A组(n=51,西药治疗)和B组(n=52,针刺配合西药治疗)。比较2组患儿的临床疗效、Cornners父母评定量表评分。结果B组患儿的临床治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05);干预后,B组患儿的品行问题、学习问题、冲动多动、多动指数等Cornners父母评定量表评分均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童注意缺陷多动障碍中,应用针刺配合西药治疗,临床效果显著,能够使患儿的品行、学习、冲动多动等不良症状得到改善。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 103 children with ADHD from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.The research objects were divided into group A(n=51,western medicine treatment)and group B(n=52,acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment)by using the method of random comprehensive balance.The clinical efficacy and the scores of the parental rating scale of Corners were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in group B was significantly higher than that in group A.After the intervention,the scores of the parental rating scale of Corners such as behavior problems,learning problems,impulsive hyperactivity and hyperactivity index in group B were lower than those in group A,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with ADHD,acupuncture combined with western medicine has a significant clinical effect,which can significantly improve children’s behavior,learning,impulsive hyperactivity and other adverse symptoms.
