针灸联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗肿瘤伴抑郁临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Tumor with Depression

目的探究针灸联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗肿瘤伴抑郁的临床效果。方法选择九江市第三人民医院2018年3月—2019年10月收治的48例肿瘤患者,以随机数字表法,分为研究组和对照组,每组24例。对照组口服盐酸帕罗西汀,研究组在对照组的基础上加用针灸治疗。观察组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分和生活质量评定量表(Quality of life-core 30 question naire,QLQ-C30)评分。结果治疗后研究组轻度抑郁的患者多于对照组(P<0.05),重度抑郁的患者少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的生理健康、心理功能、社交关系、躯体功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合盐酸帕罗西汀可有效改善肿瘤伴抑郁患者的心理状态,提升患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of tumor with depression.Methods 48 tumor patients admitted t our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group took paroxetine hydrochloride orally,and the study group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Quality of life-core 30 question naire(QLQ-C30)were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the number of patients with mild depression in the study group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of patients with severe depression was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical health,psychological function,social relationship and physical function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with paroxetine hydrochloride can effectively improve the psychological state of tumor patients with depression,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high clinical application value.
