摘要
目的优选蜜柚皮中的柚皮苷分离纯化工艺条件。方法以柚皮苷含量为指标,用静态和动态吸附法考察聚酰胺树脂的吸附、解吸性能,并采用响应面实验设计的方法来优化蜜柚皮中柚皮苷的分离纯化条件。结果综合各种因素,选择乙醇浓度为40.0%,洗脱体积为3.5 BV,洗脱流速为0.4 BV·h-1。结论该优化工艺合理,具有可行性,可为提取柚皮苷工业化生产提供一定的理论依据。
Objective To study the purification of naringin in peel of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbec.Methods With naringin as the index,investigate the adsorption and desorption performance of polyamide resin by static and dynamic absorption,response surface method was used to optimize the separation and purification conditions.Results Considering various factors,the alcohol concentration was 40%,the elution volume was 3.5 BV,and the elution flow rate was 0.4 BV·h-1.Conclusion The optimized process is reasonable and feasible,and it can provide a certain theoretical basis for the industrial development and promotion of naringin.
