飞秒激光联合个体化准分子激光角膜切削术用于近视治疗的疗效及安全性分析

摘要 目的探究飞秒激光联合个体化准分子激光角膜切削术用于近视治疗的疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年1月-2019年6月收治的近视患者216例,根据手术方式不同分为两组,联合组采用飞秒激光联合个体化准分子激光角膜切削术,对照组采用传统准分子激光原位角膜镶磨术,观察两组总有效率、像差(彗差、高阶像差、球差)变化及并发症发生率。结果联合组、对照组治愈率分别为98.15%、96.30%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组彗差、高阶像差、球差增加幅度均小于对照组(P<0.05);联合组并发症发生率(0.93%vs 7.41%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论飞秒激光联合个体化准分子激光角膜切削术治疗近视效果确切,且彗差、高阶像差、球差增加相对较少,从而降低眩光、视物体模糊等并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of femtosecond laser combined with individualized photorefractive keratectomy for myopia. Methods A total of 216 patients with myopia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods. The combined group was treated with femtosecond laser combined with individualized photorefractive keratectomy, and the control group was treated with traditional excimer laser in situ keratomileusis. The total effective rate, aberration(coma, higher order aberration, spherical aberration) and incidence of complications were observed. Results The cure rates of the combined group and the control group were 98.15% and 96.30%, respectively, with no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment, the increases of coma, higher-order aberration and spherical aberration in the combined group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(0.93% vs 7.41%)(P<0.05). Conclusions Femtosecond laser combined with individualized photorefractive keratectomy is effective in the treatment of myopia, and coma, higher-order aberration and spherical aberration increase relatively less, and the incidence of glare, blurred vision and other complications is reduced.
