小儿肺炎支原体感染肺炎予以阿奇霉素口服治疗的观察 被引量:1

Observation of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children

摘要 目的分析小儿肺炎支原体感染肺炎(非重症)予以阿奇霉素口服治疗的效果。方法选择小儿肺炎支原体感染肺炎患儿共80例,数字表随机分两组每组40例,对照组的患儿给予乳糖酸红霉素治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素口服。比较两组发热持续时间、气喘持续、咳嗽持续、咳痰持续和干湿性啰音持续时间、治疗前后患儿呼吸道炎症指标、总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组发热持续时间、气喘持续、咳嗽持续、咳痰持续和干湿性啰音持续时间短于对照组,P<0.05,治疗前两组患儿呼吸道炎症指标比较,P>0.05,而治疗后两组呼吸道炎症指标均改善,而观察组呼吸道炎症指标显著低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组不良反应少于对照组,P<0.05。结论阿奇霉素口服对于小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染的治疗效果确切,可控制患儿感染症状,加速临床症状消失,缩短治疗时间,减少不良反应,安全性高。 Objective To analyze the effect of azithromycin on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection pneumonia(non severe). Methods 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The duration of fever, asthma, cough, expectoration and dry and wet rales, respiratory tract inflammation indexes, total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of fever, asthma, cough, sputum and dry wet rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),Before treatment, the respiratory tract inflammation indexes of the two groups were compared, P>0.05, and after treatment, the respiratory tract inflammation indexes of the two groups were improved, while the respiratory tract inflammatory indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. The adverse reactions in the observation group were less than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusions Azithromycin is effective in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with respiratory tract infection. It can control the infection symptoms, accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms, shorten the treatment time, reduce the adverse reactions, and has high safety.
