政府应对突发公共危机网络舆情问题需要遵循正当程序。从危机传播生命周期理论出发,探讨政府应对突发公共危机网络舆情问题的正当程序,可以针对危机传播每个阶段不同的特点运用相应的预警程序、信息公开程序、舆情引导程序。

The government needs to follow due process to deal with the public opinion issues on the Internet.Based on the life cycle theory of crisis communication,this paper considers the due process for the government to deal with the online public opinions of sudden public crisis.According to the different characteristics of each stage of crisis communication,it can use the corresponding early warning procedure,information disclosure procedure and public opinion guidance procedure.
