Exploration on the New Model of"Four Lines and Four Projects"in Universities in the New Era

我国高等教育的立身之本在于立德树人。立德树人根本任务的落地生根需坚持以问题为导向,着眼思路创新,着手顶层设计,着重实践改革,构建并实施“四线四工程”立德树人新模式,即以意识形态为红线,坚持“五维联动”,实施“铸魂工程”;以安全稳定为底线,坚持“五抓五强”,筑牢“平安工程”;以优良学风为主线,坚持“五位一体”,打造“培优工程”;以精准服务为辅线,坚持“四导并进”,夯实“暖心工程”,从而实现立德树人全过程贯通、全方位覆盖。

The foundation of China's higher education is to cultivate people through virtue.To accomplish the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,we should stick to problem-oriented approach,focus on thinking innovation,start top-level design,focus on practical reform,construct and implement the new mode of cultivating people with morality through"four lines and four projects".Four lines and four projects are,with ideological construction as the first line,adhering to the“five dimensional linkage”,implement an Ideology Project;with security and stability as the bottom line,adhering to the“five grasp measures”,build a Safety Project;with the“good study style”as the main line,adhering to the five-in-one study mechanism,put forward a Elite-cultivate Project;with targeted service as the“auxiliary line”,adhering to the“four assisting channels”,deepen Heart-warming Project.This education model has set up and formed a new all-round education pattern,which positively promotes the implementation of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.
