以大学生为主体的创新创业项目管理模式研究与实践——以沈阳工程学院为例

Research and Practice on the Management Mode of College Student’s Innovative Project with College Students as the Main Body--Taking Shenyang Institute of Engineering as an Example

“十二五”期间,教育部开始实施大学生创新创业训练计划项目(以下简称大创项目)。沈阳工程学院自2011年开始,严格按照教育部和辽宁省教育厅要求,认真组织实施大创项目。通过总结近些年来组织实施的经验,形成了一套较为完善的大创项目管理模式并运用于实践。项目实施过程中,突出以学生为主体,以结题成果为导向,加强项目研究期间指导教师对学生的指导和帮扶,建立过程管理制度,完善大创项目奖惩机制,充分调动在校大学生参与大创项目的热情和积极性,以提高大学生的创新能力及基于创新的创业能力,为应用型高校转型发展增添助力,培养一批适应创新型国家建设需要的创新应用型人才。

During the 12 th Five Year Plan period, the Ministry of Education began to implement the college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training project(hereinafter referred to as the college student’s innovation project).Since 2011, Shenyang Institute of Engineering has been seriously organizing and implementing the college student’s innovation project in strict accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of education and Liaoning Provincial Department of education. Summarizing the experience of organization and implementation in recent years, a set of relatively perfect management mode of college student’s innovation project has been formed and put into practice.In the process of implementation, we should focus on the students as the main body, take the final results as the guidance, strengthen the guidance and assistance of the instructor to the students during the project research period,establish the process management system, improve the reward and punishment mechanism of college student’s innovation project, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of college students in the research of college student’s innovation project, improve the innovation ability of college students and the entrepreneurial ability based on innovation, so as to promote the transformation of the University We need to provide more support for development and cultivate a number of innovative and applied talents to meet the needs of building an innovative country.
