摘要
目的探讨使用新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus在儿童乳磨牙II类洞深龋中的疗效.方法选择2017年7月至2019年9月本院就诊的4~8周岁乳磨牙II类洞深龋62颗,根据去腐后牙髓暴露情况分为两组,间接盖髓组30颗,活髓切断组32颗,两组均在局麻下使用橡皮障后行iRoot BP Plus活髓保存治疗,观察其6个月、12个月成功率.结果iRoot BP Plus在乳磨牙II类洞深龋中的6个月保髓成功率为90.32%,12个月保髓成功率为79.03%.间接盖髓组术后6个月,12个月成功率分别为83.33%,66.67%,低于活髓切断组术后6个月,12个月成功率96.88%,90.63%.结论iRoot BP Plus应用于乳磨牙II类洞深龋能够取得较高的活髓保存率,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the application value of novel bioceramics of iRoot BP Plus in the therapy of primary molars with class II deep caries lesions.Methods 4~8 years old children's 62 primary molar teeth with class II deep caries lesions were selected from July 2017 to September 2019,and performed with iRoot BP Plus plup preservation.Then they were divided into two groups according to the pulp exposure.Among them,30 teeth were treated with indirect pulp capping,and 32 teeth were treated with pulpotomy.Both the two groups were performed with rubber barrier isolation under local anesthesia.The success rate was observed at 6 months and 12 months.Results The success rates of iRoot BP Plus on the cure of primary molar teeth with class II deep caries lesions at 6 months and 12 months were 90.32%and 79.03%.In the indirect pulp capping group,the success rates at 6 months and 12 months were 83.33%and 66.67%,respectively,which were lower than those in the pulpotomy group 96.88%and 90.63%.Conclusion The iRoot BP Plus on the cure of primary molar teeth with class II deep caries lesions achieves a high success rate of pulp preservation and is suitable for extensive clinical application.
