基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理对晚期肺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响

目的观察基于奥马哈系统理论的延续性护理对晚期肺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响.方法选择拟行化疗的肺癌患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组,干预过程脱落7例,观察组46例,对照组49例.对照组给予常规出院后延续性护理,观察组以奥马哈系统为框架实施延续性护理,观察比较两组患者的生活质量及非计划再就诊率.结果两组患者在躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能等方面得分均有显著差异(P<0.05),在症状领域中疲乏、恶心、失眠等方面得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);非计划再就诊率对照组51.02%,观察组36.96%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理能改善晚期肺癌化疗患者的总体生活质量,降低非计划再就诊率.

Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing mode based on Omaha System Theory on the quality of life and unplanned revisit rate of patients with pulmonary chemotherapy.Methods A total of 102 lung cancer patients who were scheduled to undergo chemotherapy from April 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.7 cases fell off during the intervention process,46 cases in observation group and 49 cases in control group.The control group was given regular conrinuation care after discharge,and the observation group was given continuation care based on the Omaha system.The quality of life and the rate of unplanned revisiting of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The scores of physical flinction,role flinction,emotional flinction and cognitive flinction were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of fatigue,nausea and insomnia were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the rate of unplanned re visit in the control group was 51.02%,36.96%in the experimental group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on Omaha System can improve the overall quality of life of parients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy and reduce the rate of unplanned re visit.
