盐酸米诺环素软膏联合丁香油明胶海绵填塞法治疗干槽症的效果研究

Study on the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with clove oil gelatin sponge packing on dry grooves

目的:探讨使用盐酸米诺环素软膏联合丁香油明胶海绵填塞法治疗干槽症的效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年12月期间扬州市口腔医院收治的108例干槽症患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组和观察组。为两组患者清理拔牙窝。在此基础上,为对照组患者使用碘仿纱条填塞法进行治疗,为观察组患者使用盐酸米诺环素软膏联合丁香油明胶海绵填塞法进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者治疗的总有效率相比,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗的显效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用盐酸米诺环素软膏联合丁香油明胶海绵填塞法治疗干槽症的效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with clove oil gelatin sponge packing in the treatment of dry groove.METHODS:A total of 108 patients with dry socket disease admitted to Yangzhou Stomatological Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The tooth extraction fossa was cleaned for two groups of patients.On this basis,patients in the control group were treated with iodoform yarn packing method,and patients in the observation group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with clove oil gelatin sponge packing method.Then observe the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,P BBB 00.05;The significant efficiency of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with clove oil gelatin sponge packing is effective in the treatment of dry grooves.
