琥珀酸索利那新片联合前列安栓缓解TURP后膀胱痉挛的效果探讨

Effect of Solina Succinate Combined with Prolistant suppository on Bladder Spasm after TURP

目的:探讨并研究对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者进行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后为其应用琥珀酸索利那新片联合前列安栓对缓解其膀胱痉挛的效果。方法:将近年来在新疆生产建设兵团医院进行TURP的90例BPH患者纳入本研究。随机将其分为试验组、对照一组和对照二组。对三组患者均进行TURP,术后为对照一组患者应用琥珀酸索利那新片,为对照二组患者应用吲哚美辛栓,为试验组患者应用琥珀酸索利那新片联合前列安栓,然后比较三组患者的各项临床指标。结果:与对照一组患者和对照二组患者相比,试验组患者术后拔除导尿管的时间更短,术后72 h内其膀胱痉挛发作的次数更少,膀胱痉挛持续的时间更短,P<0.05。在拔除导尿管后的3 d内,与对照一组患者和对照二组患者相比,试验组患者每天排尿的次数更少,每天的排尿量更多,最大尿流率更高,P<0.05。用药后,试验组患者与对照一组患者不良反应的发生率均低于对照二组患者,P<0.05;试验组患者与对照一组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:对BPH患者进行TURP后,为其应用琥珀酸索利那新片联合前列安栓可显著减少其膀胱痉挛发作的次数,缩短其膀胱痉挛持续的时间,促进其排尿,且用药较为安全。

Objective:To investigate the effect of solina succinate combined with prostanyan suppository on relieving bladder spasm in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods:90 patients with BPH who underwent TURP in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Hospital in recent years were included in this study.They were randomly divided into experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2.All patients in the three groups were treated with TURP.After surgery,patients in the control group were treated with solina succinate,patients in the control group were treated with indomethacin suppositorium,and patients in the experimental group were treated with solina succinate combined with prostanyansuppositorium.Then the clinical indicators of the three groups were compared.Results:Compared with control group 1 and control group 2,the time of catheter removal in experimental group was shorter,the frequency of bladder spasm attacks within 72 h after surgery was less,and the duration of bladder spasm was shorter(P<0.05).Within 3 days after catheter removal,compared with control group 1 and control group 2,test group had fewer daily urination times,more daily urination volume and higher maximum urine flow rate(P<0.05).After administration,the incidence of ADR in test group and control group 1 was lower than control group 2,P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the trial group was(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:After TURP in patients with BPH,the application of new solina succinate combined with prostatoembolus can significantly reduce the number of bladder spasm attacks,s horten the duration of bladder spasm,and promote urination,an d is relatively safe.
