周福生教授诊治炎症性肠病的经验探析

Analysis of Professor Zhou Fusheng’s Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease

炎症性肠病是一种非特异性的慢性肠道炎性疾病。现代医学对炎症性肠病的发病机制尚不明确。西医临床上主要使用抗生素对炎症性肠病患者进行治疗,但疗效不确切,用药后其病情易反复发作,难以根治。中医认为,炎症性肠病是一种以脾虚为本,寒热错杂、脏虚腑实、虚实夹杂的疾病,需辨证施治。本研究主要是探讨周福生教授从气血相关、升降相需、禀赋相应、组方配药四个方面治疗炎症性肠病的临床经验,以便为采用中医疗法治疗炎症性肠病提供参考。

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a nonspecific chronic inflammatory bowel disease.The pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is still unclear in modern medicine.Clinical Western medicine mainly uses antibiotics to treat patients with inflammatory bowel disease,but the efficacy is not exact,the disease is easy to relapse after medication,it is difficult to cure.According to traditional Chinese medicine,inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a disease based on spleen deficiency,mixed with cold and heat,and mixed with viscera deficiency and fu-fu fullness,deficiency and fullness,which needs to be treated according to the syndrome differentiation.The purpose of this study is to explore Professor Zhou Fusheng’s clinical experience in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)from the four aspects of Qi and blood correlation,the needs of elevation and elevation,the corresponding endowment,and the formulation and dispensing of prescriptions,so as to provide reference for the use of TCM therapy for IBD.
