摘要
目的:探讨用强心汤对急性心力衰竭(acute heart failure,AHF)患者进行治疗的效果及对其血浆脑钠肽水平和左室射血分数的影响。方法:将图木舒克市人民医院2019年9月至2020年12月收治的60例维吾尔族急性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。采用随机抽样分组法将其分为比较组和治疗组(30例/组)。对比较组患者进行常规治疗,在此基础上为治疗组患者采用强心汤进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、血浆脑钠肽的水平、左室射血分数等心功能指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组患者治疗的总有效率(93.33%)高于比较组患者治疗的总有效率(73.33%),P<0.05。治疗后,治疗组患者血浆脑钠肽的水平低于比较组患者,其左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、室壁收缩期增厚率、心排血量均高于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:用强心汤对急性心力衰竭患者进行治疗的效果较好,可有效地降低其血浆脑钠肽的水平,提高其左室射血分数,改善其预后。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qiangxin Decoction on patients with acute heart failure(AHF)and its effect on the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular ejection fraction.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with Uigur acute heart failure admitted to Tumushuke People’s Hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into comparison group and treatment group(30 cases/group)by random sampling.The patients in the comparison group were treated with routine treatment,and on this basis,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Qiangxin Decoction.Then the total effective rate,the level of brain natriuretic peptide,the left ventricular ejection fraction and other cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group(93.33%)was higher than that of comparison group(73.33%),P<0.05.After treatment,the plasma level of brain natriuretic peptide in treatment group was lower than that in comparison group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular short axis shortening rate,systolic wall thickening rate and cardiac output in treatment group were higher than those in comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiangxin decoction can effectively reduce the level of brain natriuretic peptide in plasma,increase the left ventricular ejection fraction and improve the prognosis of patients with acute heart failure.
