批评话语分析视角下的中亚国家语言政策

Language Policy of Central Asian Countries:From the Perspective of Critical Discourse Analysis

批评话语分析是国际语言政策研究领域的新方法,它可以从意识形态、权力和社会关系方面透视语言政策的产生、发展和实施过程。中国西北边疆与中亚五国既有跨境民族,又有跨境语言。本文以费尔克拉夫的话语分析三维度为语言政策的解析理论,采用批评话语分析的方法讨论中亚国家独立后的语言政策,旨在从意识形态、权力和社会关系阐述中亚地区语言政策的产生、发展和实施过程,以期为"一带一路"建设提供语言政策上的服务。

Critical discourse analysis(CDA)is a new method in the field of international language policy research.The emergence,development and implementation of language policies are investigated from the perspective of ideology,power and social relations.The northwestern frontier of China and the five countries of Central Asia have both cross-border nationalities and cross-border languages.Using the three-dimensionality of Fairclough’s discourse analysis as the analytic frame of language policy,the method of critical discourse analysis is used to discuss the language policy of Central Asian countries after independence.The aim of the paper is to explain language policies of Central Asia from ideology,power and social relations so as to provide policy services for the construction of the"Belt and Road"initiative.
