地热供暖经济性评价与主控因素分析——以雄安地区为例 被引量:4

摘要 现行地热供暖方面的区域评价工作主要都是针对地热资源情况所开展的,并未形成一套可直接在区域平面上进行地热供暖经济性评价的有效方法。基于多项地热经济性参数和资源性参数,建立了水热型地热供暖经济性评价模型,以投资回报率(ROI)等为评价指标,定量反映不同区域的地热供暖经济性。为进一步验证该模型的适用性和可靠性,以地热资源丰富、供暖事业相对规范成熟的雄安地区为例开展地热供暖经济性评价研究。研究结果表明:容城凸起和牛驼镇凸起是地热供暖工作最优质的两个构造单元;第一推荐选址牛驼镇凸起雄县以北10km、昝岗镇以西10km附近,ROI值可达20%;第二推荐选址容城凸起容城县-大王镇地区和雄县地区,ROI值可达12%;容城凸起与牛驼镇凸起均具有广阔的经济开采价值;出水量是控制地热供暖经济性的决定性因素,地温梯度、年运维费用单价、换热效率也显著控制地热供暖,应在选址时也应同时关注,重视降低年运维费用单价、提高换热效率,并选取高地温梯度区域;就雄安地区而言,除个别情况外,整体可满足8%的投资回报率要求。 The current regional evaluation of geothermal heating is mainly carried out for the situation of geothermal resources,and there is no effective method to directly evaluate the economy of geothermal heating on the regional plane.Based on a number of geothermal economic parameters and resource parameters,the economic evaluation model of hydrothermal geothermal heating was established,and the return on investment(ROI)and other evaluation indexes were used to quantitatively reflect the economic performance of geothermal heating in different regions.In order to further verify the applicability and reliability of the model,the economic evaluation of geothermal heating was carried out in Xiong’an area where geothermal resources are rich and there is relatively standardized and mature heating industry.The results show that Rongcheng uplift and Niutuozhen uplift are two structural units with the best quality for geothermal heating.The first recommended site is 10 km to the north of Xiongxian County and 10 km to the west of Zangang Town of Niutuozhen uplift,where the ROI value is up to 20%.The second recommended sites are Rongcheng County-Dawaozhen area and Xiongxian area of Rongcheng uplift,where the ROI value is up to 12%.Both Rongcheng uplift and Niutuozhen uplift have broad economic mining value.Water output is the decisive factor to control the economic performance of the geothermal heating.Geothermal gradient,annual operation and maintenance cost per unit and heat transfer efficiency also significantly control geothermal heating.Therefore,attention should be paid to reduce annual operation and maintenance cost per unit and improve heat transfer efficiency when site selecting.And the area with high geothermal gradient should be selected.As for Xiong’an area,except for some cases,it can meet the requirement of 8%return on investment as a whole.
