摘要
为解决大量程力值器具的计量需求,研究一套量程达到20 MN的双泵液压控制系统。该液压系统中采用伺服电机控制大流量低压泵和小流量高压泵的组合形式,实现高压大流量的输出,将标准测力仪的反馈信号引入系统形成控制闭环。结果表明:该系统响应速度快、控制精度高,能够提供稳定有效的力。
In order to solve the metering demand of the large range force value instrument,a set of double pump hydraulic control system with a range of 20 MN was studied.In the hydraulic system,the combination of large flow low pressure pump and small flow high pressure pump was controlled by the servo motor to achieve high pressure and large flow output,and the feedback signal of the standard dynamometer was introduced into the system to form a control closed loop.The results show that the system has fast response speed,high control precision,and can provide stable and effective force.
